Concierge & Key Handling
Accessing urban apartments requires seamless coordination. We're well-versed in the protocols of major UK residential developments. Our team assumes full responsibility for keys once signed out from your concierge. However, it's the client's duty to ensure our name is on the approved visitor list 24 hours prior to service.
Failure to provide entry results in a "Sentinal Dismissal" fee. We don't like charging for empty visits, so please double-check your building's portal! Our liability begins the moment the key touches our hand and ends when the concierge confirms the return log.
The Aegis Protection
We're fully insured up to £5 million, covering both accidental damage and public liability. Your domestic peace is shielded.
Cancellations
Life in the city moves fast. We require 48 hours notice for rescheduling to avoid a 50% reservation penalty. Professionalism works both ways.
Operational Limits & Safety
- Hazardous Materials: We do not handle bio-hazards or heavy hoarding situations. Our specialists are trained for premium maintenance, not industrial remediation.
- Heavy Lifting: For the safety of our team's backs, we won't move furniture over 20kg. If you want us to clean behind the sofa, please have it moved prior to arrival.
- Animal Companions: We love pets, but they must be secured in a crate or separate room during the cleaning ritual to ensure no accidental escapes or interruptions.
